Marinna Baron is a tribal inspired artist out of western Michigan, who specialized in crafting tribal staves. Marinna’s grandmother was a shaman from a Lakota tribe, and she has always been a heavy inspiration to Marinna’s crafting. Marinna began attending numerous renaissance events she had created her personal staff to take along inspired from her native family. After seeing the positive effects of using a walking staff, she decided to create more and sell them so others could enjoy them as well. She began her crafting with bone, synthetic hair, horse hair and feathers. Each staff is unique and styled from one of the many inspirations that Marinna uses.

Donar’s Oak will be displaying several pieces at events we attend, and purchases can be made there.  Marinna is accepting commissions for requests as well.
